My Story

I'm Not Teaching Ideas From a Textbook

Hi, I'm Shelley — an online personal trainer and nutrition coach who helps busy professionals build the body and lifestyle they actually want, without turning their life upside down to get it.

Everything I do is fully online — which means you get a world-class coaching experience that fits around your schedule, not the other way around. No commuting. No rigid session times. Just a programme that works in the real world.
